About the role

We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver mathematics, physics and chemistry courses to apprentices and continuing‑education learners at our Mantes‑la‑Ville centre. The role supports students pursuing BAC, BTS and corporate training programmes, with a focus on applications in the metallurgical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and schedule training curricula for alternating and continuing‑education audiences.
• Conduct competency engineering and develop tailored learning modules.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, ensuring active participation and comprehension.
• Provide pedagogical support, monitor progress and deliver feedback.
• Evaluate training outcomes and processes, producing assessment reports.
• Participate in or lead training projects, collaborating with internal teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in teaching or training.
• Familiarity with educational standards, differentiated or individualized pedagogy, and project management.
• Experience in corporate environments and knowledge of assessment methods (e.g., CCF) is a plus.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
