About the role

The school Terrade, part of the Eureka Education group, is looking for a qualified Esthetic Trainer to join its Rennes campus. The position is a fixed‑term contract starting on 27 August 2026, with full‑time weekday hours. You will be responsible for preparing students for national examinations and delivering the curriculum defined by official referentials.

Key responsibilities

Prepare learners for the French National Education exams in esthetics.
Deliver all technical modules required by the sector’s referentials.
Maintain pedagogical follow‑up and record lesson plans in compliance with QUALIOPI standards.
Enforce classroom discipline and support students toward successful exam outcomes.

Required profile

Minimum BTS MECP (or equivalent professional certificate) – required.
At least 12 months of professional experience in the beauty sector or in training.
Previous experience in a similar teaching role is preferred.
Strong relational skills, autonomy, and organizational ability.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Pack Office).
