Financial Controller Manager

About the role

ChapsVision is looking for a Financial Controller Manager to lead the design, production and automation of financial reporting across the group. You will work closely with business unit leaders, the CFO office and the Executive Committee to ensure reliable, timely information that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting from top‑line to net income.
• Produce monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and oversee quarterly and annual closings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring in partnership with operational managers.
• Analyze revenue performance, track ARR growth and identify performance drivers.
• Supervise a team of five management controllers and drive department skill development.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CFO office and other senior directors.
• Implement new financial processes, BI tools and automation solutions to scale control functions.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance or management.
• Proven experience in management control, preferably in a technology environment.
• Background in transaction services or audit is a plus.
• Demonstrated managerial experience.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Excel.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of operational teams and senior executives.
• Agility in handling ad‑hoc requests.
