About the role

The Field Service Engineer provides expert repair, installation and maintenance services for Leybold's technology solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and safety standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves frequent travel across the designated area in France.

Key responsibilities

Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical systems.
Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime and perform installations while ensuring safety compliance.
Document activities, provide service recommendations and act as the on‑site contact for customer needs.
