Field Sales Representative – Paris Restaurants

About the role

sunday is a fast‑growing FinTech startup that enables restaurants to accept payments via a tiny QR code on every table. As a Field Sales Representative in Paris, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint among small and medium‑size restaurant groups, turning prospects into active users of our solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for independent and small‑chain restaurants, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events and other outreach methods.
• Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners and decision‑makers, understanding their needs and presenting the value of our QR‑code payment system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and tech teams to influence future development.
• Contribute to sales strategy by monitoring market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or hospitality.
• Tenacious, customer‑focused and able to work autonomously.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.
