FAL & Delivery Center Onsite Representative

About the role

The successful candidate will act as the on‑site representative for the company at Airbus Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Delivery Centres for A320 programmes. This role ensures aircraft are inspected, monitored and accepted in line with contractual, airworthiness and company requirements, while coordinating closely with Airbus and all involved vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company onsite during aircraft production, testing, acceptance and delivery activities.
• Conduct detailed technical inspections of A320 family aircraft at assembly, pre‑delivery, customer acceptance and hand‑over phases.
• Identify, document and follow up on defects, non‑conformities, concessions and workmanship issues until closure.
• Review, negotiate and manage production concessions/deviations to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate internal technical evaluation of concessions with Engineering, Quality, CAMO and Maintenance teams.
• Liaise with Airbus, cabin vendors, modification providers and third‑party suppliers to meet installation and delivery commitments.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, installation progress and compliance with technical specifications.
• Support resolution of vendor‑related technical issues, warranty concerns and outstanding actions.
• Attend production, quality, concession review and delivery readiness meetings with Airbus representatives.
• Provide regular status reports on production progress, risks, vendor performance and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aircraft production, testing, acceptance or delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness standards, aviation regulations and contractual requirements.
• Excellent coordination and liaison skills with internal teams, Airbus and external suppliers.
• Ability to track and close technical concessions and non‑conformities.
