FAL & Delivery Center Onsite Representative

About the role

The successful candidate will act as the airline's on‑site representative at Airbus Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Delivery Centres for A320 programmes. You will ensure aircraft are inspected, monitored and accepted in line with contractual, airworthiness and company requirements, supporting a smooth delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the airline at Airbus FAL and Delivery Centres throughout production, testing, acceptance and delivery phases.
• Perform detailed technical inspections of A320 family aircraft during assembly, pre‑delivery, customer acceptance and hand‑over.
• Identify, document and follow up defects, non‑conformities, concessions and workmanship issues with Airbus teams until closure.
• Review, negotiate and manage production concessions/deviations, coordinating internal approval with Engineering, Quality, CAMO and Maintenance.
• Maintain concession tracking logs and ensure timely closure of all actions.
• Liaise with Airbus, cabin vendors, modification providers and third‑party suppliers to meet installation, rectification and delivery commitments.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, installation progress and compliance with technical specifications.
• Review aircraft documentation such as build records, modification status, SB embodiment, cabin configuration, weight & balance, delivery packages and concession records.
• Coordinate customer and cabin inspections, attend production and quality meetings, and support ground tests and acceptance flights.

Required profile

• Experience with aircraft production, testing, acceptance and delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of contractual, operational, safety and regulatory requirements for commercial aircraft.
• Ability to coordinate technical evaluations across engineering, quality, CAMO and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with manufacturers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
