Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence (ECA) Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence (ECA) Manager to join its LOPT Third Party Management & Auditing department in Toulouse. The role supports the company’s compliance programmes and business‑ethics strategy by performing enhanced due‑diligence on export‑credit related sales campaigns, protecting the Group from legal, financial and reputational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced due‑diligence checks, including desktop reviews, data analysis and interviews with sales personnel.
• Identify and manage anti‑bribery and corruption risks within export‑credit files.
• Draft detailed due‑diligence reports and briefing memos for the General Counsel and CEO.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, law firms and forensic experts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Provide regular input to update and improve due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business law or a related field.
• Proven experience in anti‑corruption compliance, preferably in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong analytical and writing skills for high‑level reporting.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (negotiation level); German is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act, FCPA and OECD anti‑corruption rules.
