Exploitant Transport (F/H)

About the role

Our Bouchain subsidiary, specialized in vehicle transport and logistics, is looking for a Transport Operator (F/H). You will be responsible for creating profitable transport plans, ensuring their execution, and maintaining high client satisfaction while leading a team of drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient transport schedules for vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to the plan and profitability.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring service quality.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of drivers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize loading and routing.
• Track performance indicators and propose improvements to reduce costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport or vehicle logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
