Experienced Deals Strategy Consultant – Strategy Advisory

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Deals Strategy Consultant to join its Deals Strategy practice in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. The role supports clients throughout the full M&A lifecycle, from strategic definition to post‑transaction value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French and international investment funds in target identification, risk assessment, and post‑deal value creation.
• Support corporate leadership in designing acquisition, partnership, or divestment strategies, including strategic, operational, technological, and human considerations.
• Identify and prioritize value‑creation levers such as performance improvement, revenue and cost synergies, and working‑capital optimization.
• Prepare acquisition hand‑overs and accelerate implementation of improvement and transformation plans.
• Develop integration strategies, target operating models, and execution road‑maps.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and passion for strategic advisory work.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
• Experience with large listed companies, mid‑cap firms, and investment funds across sectors such as consumer goods, technology, financial services, and health.
