About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast‑moving DeFi education company. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global team of blockchain experts and help drive our ambitious growth plans.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and format internal and external communications, including emails, presentations and reports.
- Assist in meeting preparation, take minutes and manage follow‑up actions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Handle executive inboxes, reminders, bill payments and personal requests such as gifts or reservations.
- Monitor support mailboxes and process subscription purchases for various services.
- Conduct research on miscellaneous topics as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a globally remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to be available on weekends when required.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Experience using Slack for team communication.
