About the role

Join the Events department of a leading luxury fashion house and support the day‑to‑day coordination of fashion shows, brand events, and casting sessions. This six‑month paid internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks related to fashion shows and events.
• Track invoices, monitor budgets, and support financial follow‑up.
• Coordinate contracts and legal documents with modeling agencies and partners.
• Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for internal and external event briefings.

Required profile

• Master’s student at a university or business school.
• Previous experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a six‑month paid internship.
