Event Host/Hostess – Professional Reception & Representation

About the role

We are looking for a polished and professional Event Host or Hostess to be the face of our corporate events, seminars and receptions. You will welcome guests, guide them through the venue and ensure a seamless, memorable experience that reflects the high‑end standards of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and register guests, managing arrivals and departures with distinction.
• Guide participants through event spaces, providing clear and courteous information.
• Serve drinks and canapés elegantly, handling special requests promptly.
• Maintain impeccable attire in line with the dress code and host company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the event team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• Excellent small‑talk skills and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Neat appearance, calm voice and composure under pressure.
• Experience in events, hospitality or luxury service is highly recommended.
• Bilingual English is appreciated.
