Europe Retail Education Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Europe Retail Education Manager – Beauty will lead the development and delivery of training programs for Dior and multi‑brand Beauty Consultants across Europe. Reporting to the Europe Retail Education Director, you will shape the learning journey that supports the Maison’s luxury vision and drives consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and translate Make‑Up & Skincare training curricula for all European markets.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
• Deploy training tools (in‑person, digital, in‑store) and monitor their effectiveness.
• Organise and deliver engaging training and certification sessions, both onsite and remotely.
• Animate the Europe trainer community through seminars, workshops and regular communication.
• Serve as the primary liaison between central Retail Education and local market teams for beauty‑related topics.
• Coordinate coaching and mentoring for trainers, ensuring continuous development and integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail education or training within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, retail and marketing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Project‑management mindset with a focus on delivering consistent learning outcomes across multiple countries.
