About the role

Join Nocibé, a leading French retailer of perfumes and cosmetics, as an Esthetician in its Lyon Saxe store. You will be the face of the brand, providing personalized beauty advice and driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on skincare, makeup and fragrance products.
• Perform in‑store beauty treatments and product demonstrations.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels and store hygiene standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling.
• Promote Nocibé’s values of passion, appreciation and ownership in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Mandatory CAP Esthétique; a BP or BTS in Esthetics is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, luxury and the cosmetics industry.
• Strong customer‑orientation: empathy, conviviality, service mindset and diplomacy.
• Motivation to meet sales challenges and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
