About the role

Nocibé, a leading French retailer of perfumes and cosmetics, is looking for a motivated Esthetician to join its Leers store on a fixed‑term basis (30 hours per week). The role involves delivering beauty treatments, advising clients, and supporting sales in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic and cosmetic treatments to clients according to Nocibé standards.
• Offer personalized product advice and upsell complementary items.
• Ensure a high level of customer service, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance.

Required profile

• Diploma (BP or BTS) in Esthetics.
• Passion for beauty, luxury, and the cosmetics industry.
• Strong focus on client relationship, empathy, and service orientation.
• Motivated by challenges and sales objectives.
