Enterprise Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Datadog is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Paris who speaks fluent French and English. You will proactively drive new product attachment and strong relationships with the company's largest and most strategic customers, advocate for them internally and focus on a positive customer experience. The role follows a defined methodology to identify each customer's unique needs and convey the value of the Datadog observability and security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Enterprise Account Executive and Solution Engineering teams to onboard, train and drive adoption with Enterprise customers
• Build relationships with customers to achieve loyalty and advocacy within their organizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, enablement, product, finance and legal teams
• Own and project manage the onboarding process for new customers
• Become a trusted advisor and help clients build a plan to meet their business goals
• Monitor usage trends to spot renewal risks and find opportunities for contract growth and optimization
• Align customers' technical and business objectives with the platform, drawing on knowledge of observability and security platforms

Required profile

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Able to manage a wide portfolio of accounts, including large enterprise corporate accounts and Fortune 1000 companies
• Experience in the B2B tech space or with SaaS companies
• Strong communicator, able to tailor messages to audiences such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering and DevOps professionals
• Able to travel for customer onsite visits and events
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
