About the role

Nexthink is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive new‑business revenue across an assigned territory. You will combine strategic planning, partner collaboration and a consultative sales approach to help IT leaders improve digital employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new‑business sales revenue through account and territory planning.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, including a target prospect list.
  • Leverage Nexthink partners to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that build pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer challenges and position Nexthink solutions.
  • Qualify prospects, create new sales opportunities, and manage the full sales process.
  • Maintain ongoing account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Proven focus on new‑business sales, preferably in software or solution sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
