Enterprise Account Executive - Dutch Speaking

About the role

Algolia, a leader in AI-powered Search and Discovery, is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive fluent in Dutch and English to serve Global 2000 organisations. The role involves owning complex, high-impact relationships, leading multi-stakeholder buying cycles and positioning Algolia's generative AI and agentic capabilities as a driver of digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own, manage and accelerate an enterprise pipeline, driving inbound and outbound opportunities to closed-won
• Position generative AI and agentic capabilities to executives and technical champions
• Develop territory and account strategies and expand existing accounts
• Generate new enterprise projects by self-sourcing meetings, networking and using partner ecosystems
• Work with Solutions Engineering on demos, proofs-of-value and ROI analyses
• Forecast using MEDDPICC and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal and Marketing

Required profile

• Dutch and English fluency
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience closing complex deals, ideally in digital transformation, AI/ML or search/commerce
• Track record selling to large, multi-department organisations
• Outbound sales strength and experience partnering with consultancies, SIs and ISVs

Nice to have

• Selling platforms with usage-based pricing, AI-first capabilities or composable architectures
• Understanding of generative models and agentic tools in commerce and discovery
• Comfort discussing technical architecture with technical decision makers

The stated on-target earnings pay range is EUR 172,000 to 200,000. The role is listed under Paris and follows a flexible, hybrid or fully remote workplace model.
