English Teacher – Summer Language Camp (Paris/Rueil-Malmaison)

About the role

Join ALPADIA Language Schools for a dynamic summer contract teaching English to teenagers aged 13‑17 in a vibrant language‑immersion camp near Paris. You will work full‑time, delivering four to five periods each day, and help create an unforgettable cultural experience for students from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English exclusively in English to promote full linguistic immersion.
• Prepare and deliver communicative lessons using the provided syllabus and ready‑to‑use resources.
• Adapt instruction for mixed‑level groups and support weekly student projects.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment and enforce camp rules.
• Report daily attendance, level changes, and any issues to the Center Manager.
• Participate in pedagogical meetings and write personalized comments for each student’s end‑of‑stay certificate.

Required profile

• Previous experience teaching or tutoring teenagers (13‑17 years).
• CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or equivalent certification (strong asset).
• Native‑like English proficiency (C2 level).
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to work in an international team.

Required skills

• Operation of a video projector for lesson delivery.
• Use of a personal computer with HDMI connectivity.
