Engineering Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for our BIM software portfolio. The role bridges product development and market adoption, translating solution vision into clear messaging that drives customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging for target customer segments and use cases.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, defining pricing, packaging and channel strategies.
• Create sales enablement tools such as collateral, presentations and training materials.
• Produce customer advocacy content including case studies, testimonials and reference programs.
• Gather market intelligence, track competitors and incorporate feedback to refine positioning and pricing.
• Define ideal customer profiles, segmentation models and buying committee structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in engineering or construction software.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into compelling market messages.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, sales and customer success teams.
• Analytical mindset for market research and competitive analysis.
