Engagement Manager – Commercial Consulting

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will help Life Sciences customers accelerate treatment delivery by transforming operating models with advanced technology, AI and data.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery: act as the end‑to‑end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large‑scale, global engagements.
• Account Leadership: build and navigate senior customer relationships, lead proposals and drive long‑term account strategy.
• People Leadership: lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Financial Oversight: manage project budgets of $1M+ and ensure commercial success.
• Practice Building: support brand‑building activities and develop internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, preferably business or management consulting.
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Deep expertise in Go‑to‑Market strategy, brand planning, product launch, omnichannel, segmentation and targeting.
• Highly analytical problem‑solver with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
