Employé de restauration (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Employee (F/H) to join our collective catering central kitchen in Bréal‑sous‑Montfort. The position is a full‑time permanent contract (35 h/week) working Monday‑Friday from 10:00 to 17:45, starting 1 September 2026. You will support the preparation and delivery of meals for more than 8 500 daily covers, reporting to the team leader and collaborating with kitchen and service professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the allocation of meals and preparation of orders.
• Prepare and assemble dishes according to specifications.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and guests.
• Participate in cleaning, resetting of premises and equipment.
• Apply and respect hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Strong relational skills and enjoyment of teamwork in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
• Organised, rigorous and comfortable with mental calculations.
• At least one year of experience as a multi‑skill employee, restaurant staff or order preparer.
