EMEA Health Economics & Market Access Associate Manager

About the role

The EMEA Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Associate Manager will support DePuy Synthes’ regional strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with country HEMA leads, the role translates EMEA‑level initiatives into actionable tools and evidence that facilitate reimbursement and adoption of orthopaedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of EMEA HEMA strategies and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑country initiatives, timelines and deliverables to ensure a consistent approach.
• Support evidence generation activities, including health‑economic analyses and real‑world evidence projects.
• Develop, localise and roll out value messages, tools and access materials for each market.
• Provide hands‑on HEMA support to assigned countries or clusters, reflecting local access pathways.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Deploy HEMA templates, tools and training across the region while ensuring compliance with governance, quality, ethics and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
