About the role

The Early Childhood Educator (EJE) at Babilou supports the holistic development of children in a safe, stimulating environment. You will help each child grow emotionally, physically and socially while contributing to the centre’s educational project.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the global development of children (affective, motor, social).
• Create a secure and stimulating environment.
• Design and lead activities that foster autonomy and curiosity.
• Implement and live the pedagogical project of the centre.
• Support the team in their daily practices.
• Build trusting relationships with families.
• Observe each child to tailor individualized support.

Required profile

• Qualified Early Childhood Educator (EJE) or equivalent.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Strong observational skills to adapt interventions.
