Earth Observation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly‑motivated, technically‑oriented Consultant to join our Earth Observation team in Toulouse. The role combines market research, strategic analysis and client‑facing consulting within the commercial space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends in the commercial Earth Observation industry and support database development on satellites, contracts, companies and fundraising activities.
• Produce market intelligence reports covering demand across sectors such as agriculture, defense, maritime and finance, and analyse payload types (optical, SAR, hyperspectral, AIS, IoT) and ecosystem dynamics.
• Deliver consulting assignments that include strategic market analyses, business case assessments, due‑diligence reviews and socio‑economic impact studies.
• Represent the company at international conferences related to Earth Observation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in geography, economics, finance or engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in the space sector with knowledge of Earth Observation, remote sensing, navigation or IoT applications.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven experience assessing economic and industry trends.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Technical knowledge of Earth Observation, remote sensing, navigation and IoT concepts.
