Distribution Sales Manager – French Riviera

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Distribution Manager to launch Maison Cala, a premium French rosé wine, across key hospitality venues on the French Riviera. This field‑based role involves meeting decision‑makers, building relationships and getting the brand onto tables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, yacht provisioning companies, wine shops and event venues.
• Present Maison Cala to new accounts and negotiate by‑the‑glass and bottle placements.
• Organise tastings, product presentations and represent the brand at activations and events.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify reorder opportunities and report weekly sales activity and results.
• Achieve daily activity targets: ~20 venue visits, 20 outbound calls and 20 follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Experience in wine, spirits, hospitality, luxury products or FMCG sales.
• Existing network on the French Riviera is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Passion for hospitality, luxury lifestyle and premium brands.
