Dispatch Specialist

About the role

The Dispatch Specialist ensures smooth coordination of vehicle logistics, from scheduling and on‑site operations to the management of shipping instructions and documentation. This role supports senior staff and contributes to the efficient flow of goods and services across the distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on scheduling plans and on‑site operation specifications.
• Manage vehicle‑related items and documentation.
• Operate the logistics system, release shipping instructions, and refine order management.
• Draft, modify, and improve on‑site management rules, regulations, and operation manuals.
• Accept, track, and coordinate handling of quality damage for commercial vehicles.
• Settle logistics‑related expenses and ensure accurate payment follow‑up.
• Monitor shipping progress of emergency dealer orders and supervise in‑transit transportation.
• Assist senior dispatch specialists in compiling shipment reports.
• Handle transship, storage, secondary shipping, and returns to the warehouse.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics or transportation environments.
• Ability to work with documentation and follow procedural guidelines.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
