About the role

We are looking for a reliable dishwasher/kitchen assistant to join the restaurant team at Moxy Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. The position is a part‑time permanent contract, supporting the kitchen and dining areas with cleaning and basic food preparation tasks.

Key responsibilities

Turn on and check daily operation of kitchen equipment.
Perform dishwashing (plonge) and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen tools and utensils.
Keep the work station tidy and follow hygiene standards.
Clean and maintain restaurant areas, including storage rooms, cold rooms, bars, ovens, extractors, worktops, dining rooms and terraces.
Organise storage spaces and assist with vegetable peeling and mise‑en‑place.

Required profile

Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
Team‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Organised, able to work under pressure and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
