Director, Product Management - Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Director of Product Management for Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities in Paris. The role provides product and strategy leadership to grow Datadog's market share through differentiation, innovation and strong customer value, working with a growing team of product managers and engineers to build and grow several product lines that support customers' cloud security programs and the shared platform behind all security products.

Key responsibilities

• Run and grow multiple product lines to meet revenue and business targets, aiming to build a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual business.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for accountable security product lines, aligned to revenue goals and with clear differentiation and customer value.
• Ensure predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams.
• Analyze and develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue.
• Drive go-to-market strategy with partner teams and represent the product lead to analysts, press and customers.
• Manage and grow manager and individual contributor product managers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Required profile

• Experienced product management leader with business growth and customer adoption success in the CNAPP market and experience driving shared platform capabilities.
• Seasoned team leader who manages product management teams and mentors talent.
• Proven success in go-to-market programs with sales, sales engineering, channels, marketing and customer success.
• Strong cross-functional alignment and pricing and packaging expertise.
• Customer-centric, with excellent presentation and communication skills, including defending ideas to executives, technical and non-technical audiences and industry analysts.
• Data-driven, able to synthesize market, competitive, usage and pipeline data.
• Previous software or security engineering background or equivalent technical knowledge is preferred.
