Director of Communication (Paris)

About the role

DentalMonitoring is seeking a Director of Communication to lead the company’s internal and external communications across all regions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape brand identity, drive digital initiatives and oversee training and public‑affairs programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and champion DentalMonitoring’s brand identity and content strategy worldwide.
• Lead the website, digital asset management platform and global social media presence, running B2B and B2C digital campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of sales collateral such as brochures, data sheets and guides.
• Design and deliver training programs for internal teams, doctors and patients, managing the global clinical education curriculum and LMS.
• Lead PR, public affairs and global KOL/speaker programmes.
• Manage internal communications and mentor a high‑performing communications team.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product and sales teams to ensure cohesive launches and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent English with proven ability to craft high‑impact content for global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing communication strategies in a global marketplace.
• Experience managing content across multiple geographies and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced international environment.
