Director, Creative – France

About the role

The Director, Creative – France leads the development and execution of creative strategy for Coca‑Cola brands in the French market. Reporting at JG12, the role ensures culturally resonant, insight‑driven creative work that strengthens brand equity and connects with consumers across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative strategy for all assigned brands, translating global platforms into French‑specific executions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end creative development from brief to production, ensuring breakthrough, brand‑building ideas.
• Integrate creative assets across the full IMX ecosystem (ATL, digital, social, OOH, experiential, retail).
• Act as the cultural antenna, embedding French cultural insights into briefs, concepts, and casting.
• Drive production excellence and manage agency relationships to maintain consistency and quality of assets.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in creative direction and brand communication.
• Deep understanding of the French market, cultural trends, and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Brand, Media, Insights, Digital, Bottler).
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling expertise, and guardianship of brand assets.
