About the role

The Territorial Director will lead the regional office of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Brittany, based in Rennes. Reporting to the General Secretariat, you will be responsible for the operational, managerial and institutional steering of the territory.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the territorial office and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of CMA Bretagne.
Manage and develop the local team, fostering effective collaboration and performance.
Represent the institution with regional partners, public authorities and artisan businesses.
Implement and adapt the regional action plan to meet the needs of local craftsmen and SMEs.
Monitor and report on territorial performance indicators.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing a public or semi‑public territorial entity.
Strong understanding of the artisan sector and regional economic development.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

Operational management of a territorial organization.
Institutional liaison and public administration.
