Directeur Périscolaire – Gestion des temps périscolaires

About the role

The municipality of Ingrandes-le-Fresne-sur-Loire is seeking a Director of Periscolaire to oversee all out‑of‑school activities for its three primary schools, a leisure centre and a college. Reporting to the Director‑Coordinator of Childhood‑Youth, you will ensure a safe, enriching environment for children and coordinate with families.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and animate all periscolaire periods.
• Organise daily life activities and educational animations aligned with the pedagogical project.
• Guarantee the physical and emotional safety of children in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain dialogue with families and provide information.
• Plan, schedule and oversee animation programmes.
• Co‑manage the animation team and work collaboratively with other municipal services.
• Handle administrative tasks such as planning, family communications, project writing and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in managing periscolaire or youth‑center activities.
• Ability to work in a team and co‑manage staff.
• Strong sense of responsibility for child safety and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication skills for interaction with families and municipal partners.
