Digital Regulations Legal Specialist (France)

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse as a Digital Regulations Legal Specialist. You will work within the Digital Regulatory Legal Affairs department, supporting the implementation of privacy, artificial intelligence and data‑act compliance programmes across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess Airbus personal data processing activities and AI system mappings.
• Launch, support and validate digital regulation risk assessments (privacy, AI, etc.).
• Contribute to the creation or update of internal digital regulation policies, processes, documentation and tools.
• Support contractual negotiations on digital regulation terms.
• Manage personal data breaches and data‑subject requests in coordination with relevant business units.
• Perform digital regulation audits and deliver training to employees.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Law (Master 2/LL.M.) with a focus on ICT Law, Digital Law, Intellectual Property, Business Law with a digital specialization or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Regulatory Lawyer or Legal Counsel, gained in a law firm or a large international organization.
