Digital Project Leader – Portal & CRM

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Project Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Digital Excellence team (SDOC) based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing digital products and services covering the Digital Customer Journey, In‑Service Aircraft Management, Training, Flight Operations and Business Owned Tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the expected digital project’s value.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑cost and on‑quality delivery of the digital project.
• Provide project maturity updates throughout its lifecycle to all stakeholders.
• Consolidate business requirements or “To Be” vision to enable design of the digital solution.
• Enable change‑management activities to secure end‑user onboarding and adoption while managing supplier deliveries.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Project Management.
• More than 5 years of project‑management experience in complex environments (Bronze PM certification minimum).
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce’s Survey Module.
• Strong interest or experience in digital technologies; daily use of artificial‑intelligence concepts.
• Experience in Customer Services business lines is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in French and English.
