Digital Innovation Project Manager

About the role

As a member of the Digital Department, you will help shape omnichannel experiences that differentiate Guerlain’s luxury beauty offering. You will work across Marketing, Business Development, CRM and other functions to drive innovative projects that enhance customer interaction and support the brand’s growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the management and steering of multiple innovation projects.
• Support the design and development of new technologies and digital solutions.
• Facilitate framing workshops, identify business needs and define solution concepts with cross‑functional teams.
• Draft and maintain technology user guides, train market teams and support implementation.
• Monitor product launches, analyse key performance indicators and report results.
• Benchmark retail, online, Web3 and AI trends to uncover opportunities.
• Identify third‑party solutions that can improve the customer experience.

• Solid understanding of project‑management principles.

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, innovation management, engineering or sustainable development.
