DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation (Remote, France)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a remote‑first international team based in France. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and developer experience, building and improving the platforms that power globally distributed digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal services and tools using Go to support deployment automation.
• Build, maintain, and optimise scalable CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage and improve Kubernetes‑based production and pre‑production environments.
• Develop and evolve internal deployment platforms and engineering workflows.
• Optimise staging and ephemeral environments for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana, OpenSearch and related observability tools.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work and accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar infrastructure‑focused role.
• Strong Go (Golang) development skills with experience building production services.
• Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production.
• Solid Linux administration and production system management.
