DevOps Ansible Engineer (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Ansible Engineer to join HCLTech’s Paris team, working on‑site at a client location 3‑4 days a week. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions in a cloud‑centric environment, ensuring reliable delivery of cloud‑native applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automate configuration management and deployments with Ansible.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Implement and optimise monitoring and logging solutions with Elastic Search.
• Write Python automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the DevOps toolchain.
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English.
• Willingness to work 3‑4 days on‑site at the client location.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
