Desktop Support Technician (Paris)

About the role

AmpsTek is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join its Paris office. You will provide on‑site technical assistance to a diverse user base, ensuring that hardware, software and collaboration tools operate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware break‑fix issues on laptops and desktops.
• Install, configure and deploy Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support audio‑video conference equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron and Polycom systems.
• Manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions and ensure device compliance.
• Provide support for VPN, office network, printers and copiers, including VVIP users.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of desktop support experience.
• On‑site availability in Paris, France.
