Design Ops – AI & Design Systems Lead

About the role

Betclic is looking for a Design Ops professional to lead the evolution of its AI‑enhanced design system. You will work within the Customer Experience team, partnering with product designers, researchers and engineers to make design more scalable, consistent and machine‑readable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company‑wide design system as a product, ensuring alignment with engineering and front‑end implementation.
• Define and maintain governance models for contributions, validation, versioning and documentation.
• Drive adoption of the system across multiple product teams and embed design tokens and structured foundations.
• Build seamless Figma‑to‑code workflows and ensure the system is AI‑consumable.
• Identify inefficiencies in the design lifecycle, set up design reviews and quality gates, and implement scalable operational frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in design operations or design system management within a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with both design and engineering stakeholders.
• Passion for leveraging AI to improve design production and workflow automation.
