Demand Planner – Permanent (F/M/X)

About the role

Sephora is looking for a permanent Demand Planner to join its Central Supply Chain team. You will play a key part in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that sales forecasts reflect the company’s commercial strategy and market realities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and adjust weekly sales forecasts, analysing factors such as events, economic context and seasonality.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify drivers of variance and continuously improve forecasting models.
• Validate historical data, document exceptional sales occurrences and manage forecasts for phased‑out or overstocked products.
• Analyse promotional impact, determine stock requirements and support new product launches and one‑shot items.
• Lead and participate in meetings with local supply‑chain teams to align forecasts with purchasing budgets and simulate demand scenarios.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects, including the rollout of a new sales‑forecasting tool.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, capable of challenging data and proposing improvements.
