Datacentre Cabling Engineer – Fibre & Structured Cabling Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced Datacentre Cabling Engineers to join a dedicated team delivering a large‑scale fibre and structured cabling project inside a live data‑centre environment in Île‑de‑France. The role involves hands‑on installation, termination and management of both fibre optic and copper (UTP) cabling to exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and terminate fibre optic and copper (UTP) cables according to project specifications.
• Run, route, and dress cables within racks, ladder racks, trays and containment systems.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and well‑organised cabling layouts throughout the data‑centre.
• Handle sensitive cabling equipment safely in live, mission‑critical environments.
• Follow site safety procedures and data‑centre best practices at all times.
• Interpret technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience on data‑centre cabling projects.
• Strong background in fibre optic and structured copper cabling installations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in live or mission‑critical environments.
• Excellent cable management and dressing standards.
• Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.
