About the role

Sanofi is seeking a Data Scientist to join its Digital & Data team in Paris. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on applying data science to accelerate drug discovery, trial efficiency, and commercial innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and apply machine‑learning techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and fine‑tune AI/ML models tailored to specific business cases.
• Create clear visualisations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
