Cybersecurity Officer

About the role

The Cybersecurity Officer will support the definition and implementation of the IT security strategy, ensure compliance across IT operations, and lead security communications and training for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining and implementing global security policies and standards.
• Control and report on IT operations compliance with security requirements and local regulations.
• Lead investigations, audits, and awareness training for staff.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for cybersecurity incidents.
• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (engineering or business) in information security, telecom, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, or compliance.
• Proven ability to institutionalize best‑practice methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• ISO 27001 audit/implementation expertise.
• SOC reporting and security risk analysis.
• Data protection and privacy regulation knowledge.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Level 2/Level 3 technical support for security incidents.
