Cybersecurity Manager – ISMS & Product Security

About the role

ATR is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join the CISO and Future Developments Directorate. The role provides technical expertise across the company’s cybersecurity landscape, supporting the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and acting as Product Security Officer for aircraft systems and digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain ISMS documentation, support internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Assist in preparing evidence for EASA, OSAC and DSAC audits.
• Perform Security Risk Assessments (SRA) under supervision, identify threats and vulnerabilities, and maintain the risk register.
• Support cybersecurity‑by‑design activities for engineering, IT and supplier projects, defining technical security requirements.
• Participate in incident analysis, remediation tracking and continuous improvement of security controls.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in information security or related engineering roles.
• Junior‑level technical focus with exposure to governance, engineering, IT and operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Required skills

• Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementation and documentation.
• Security Risk Assessment (SRA) methodology.
• Cybersecurity‑by‑Design principles.
• Product security processes for aerospace systems.
• Familiarity with EASA, OSAC and DSAC audit requirements.
