Cybersecurity Expert – Infrastructure Transformation

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to support a large‑scale IT transformation program focused on infrastructure services. The role combines security operations, service delivery management, and continuous improvement in a multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity activities across transformation programs, including risk assessments and control validation.
• Manage delivery of vulnerability management, network security, data protection and incident response services.
• Monitor and improve external partner performance using KPIs, SLAs and governance frameworks.
• Define procedures, runbooks and continuous‑improvement plans to ensure operational excellence.
• Support compliance with cybersecurity standards and maintain consistency across environments.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and work with offshore operating models.
• Strong experience in IT transformation programs and governance/KPI monitoring.
• Fluent in French and English.
