Cybersecurity Analyst – Information Security Operations

About the role

Nemera is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join its central Information Security team at the Lyon headquarters. Working closely with the CISO, you will help implement and maintain the company’s cybersecurity posture across a global, highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operational rollout of the Information Security roadmap.
• Monitor information systems for threats and vulnerabilities, managing detection and response processes.
• Operate and administer core security tools such as EDR, SIEM, PAM and vulnerability scanners.
• Assist in incident response, escalating to cyber‑crisis management when required.
• Conduct audits and controls to verify policy compliance and the effectiveness of security measures.

Required profile

• University or engineering degree with a focus on Information Systems Security.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a demanding industrial and international setting.
• Familiarity with security standards, procedures and the tools listed above.
• Fluent English used daily in a professional context.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑changing environment.
