Customer Support Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

Voodoo is looking for its first dedicated Customer Support Specialist to build and lead player support for its mobile games. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) offers the chance to shape the support function and potentially transition to a full‑time role as the team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement support policies, procedures and service standards.
• Handle day‑to‑day ticket resolution while building a scalable support operation.
• Analyze player feedback, identify trends and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Collaborate with QA, data, community and game development teams to ensure a seamless player experience.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base and self‑service resources.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed.
• Report regularly on support metrics, objectives and key initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven customer support experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment or a tech‑focused environment.
• Passion for mobile gaming and deep understanding of player needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience supporting native English‑speaking customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into support workflows.
