Customer Support Engineer – Structure Repair

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Customer Support Engineer specialized in structure repair to join its Customer Services team in Toulouse. You will act as the technical liaison between operators, design offices, and the Airbus network, ensuring timely and accurate repair solutions for scheduled maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer daily repair queries, coordinating with design offices for documentation and repair definitions.
• Work with the spare‑parts organization to secure required repair components.
• Update and maintain structure‑repair documentation.
• Assist operators on‑site with damage evaluation and repair execution.
• Provide engineering support to other Customer Services departments and regional teams.
• Transfer in‑service experience to Airbus design and vendor organisations.
• Coordinate regular customer reviews and act as the focal point for technical and executive meetings.
• Lead projects aimed at improving repair processes and dossier management.

Required profile

• Strong background in aircraft structure repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with operators, MROs, lessors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for business as needed.
